As a senior geotechnical engineer I have been involved in many large highways schemes. I especially enjoy the challenges of looking for ways to innovate designs within existing schemes, creating value engineering opportunities. I have worked on large tender teams for winning contractors, driving excellence in the geotechnical aspects tender bids to give my clients the edge over their competition.
